Given Australia’s exclusive association with kangaroos, it’s fitting that the coin bears the name “Australian Silver Kangaroo.

All the coins in the series have an inscription reading “AUSTRALIAN KANGAROO” above the kangaroo image, while the mintage year, denomination, and purity level are displayed beneath the image of the kangaroo.
